Booking Fees

When you're booking with us, whether it's person, online or over the phone, we'll always give you a clear breakdown of exactly what fees are involved. The total you pay to receive your tickets is usually made up of:

•The face value of each ticket - This is the base cost of your ticket, set by the promoter/event organiser /venue – this price is usually based on the costs involved in presenting the event.

•The booking fee for each ticket – The booking fee can vary depending on the event – we agree the amount charged with the venue or promoter/event organiser, based on the costs involved in them putting the show on and us organising the tickets. This per ticket fee is often based on a percentage of the ticket price.  

We do everything we can to keep our fees as low as we can, while still being able to offer you the best possible service and selection of events. 
 

Booking Online
Online sales are processed in real time, which means you will have the same access to tickets as customers booking in person or over the phone.

Once you select your seats your tickets will be held for 20 minutes while you process the booking. Once you fill out all your details and purchase your tickets you will be sent a booking confirmation to your email address.  Unless you receive this confirmation we have not received your order.

We also advise setting up an account in advance of purchasing your tickets as this will save you time when booking.

If you have previously booked online with SIV Tickets you will need to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password you can click on the forgotten password link where you will be emailed a reminder.

When making a booking please use only the card holders details to create the order, tickets can be posted only to the cardholders address and collections made only by the cardholder on production of the card used and confirmation email.

Collecting Tickets
Tickets are usually available for collection 24 hours after your booking has been made, however this will change if booking seven days before the event and this depends on the event. Please see the full details on the event page of our website.
